BELLEVUE — Chef John Howie is hosting a Rare & Well Done whiskey event next Saturday, November 7, at the Shops at the Bravern event space in Bellevue from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will feature over 100 whiskies from around the world, paired with John Howie Steak bites. Guests will have access to tastes from Buffalo Trace, Laphroaig, Michter's, Blood Oath, and many other distilleries, as well as John Howie Steak's own collection of rare spirits.
