Mar y Montaña #2, Thursday, Oct 15

Just a month after his first round of Mar y Montaña, Tallulah's chef Joe Bayley is back with a sequel to his popular Spanish pop-up. Part Two brings nearly a whole new menu (the only repeat is the crowd favorite Potatas Bravas), and $45 gets you three rounds of Spanish fare and seven dishes total. Bayley, again, is well-versed in Spanish cuisine: After winning the Food Network's Chopped in 2009, the chef took his prize money to Spain and honed culinary skills at various restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Ni Neu.

There are three seatings of Mar y Montaña at The Kitchen by Delicatus (309 1st Avenue S) at 5, 6:30, and 8 p.m. Check out the full menu and grab seats on Dyne.

Asian Fusion Feast, FRIDAY, OCT 16

Delicatus's chef Aaron Willis has returned to the pop-up circuit, but instead of Slovenian fare, he's leaning Asian this go-around. His four-course menu is inspired by both traditional and Americanized versions of Asian dishes, and it fuses those flavors with tastes from around the world.

Expect pinch buns with roasted pork belly, kecap manis marinated steak and frites, and more, for $50 per person. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. at the Kitchen by Delicatus for cocktail hour, and dinner kicks off at 7:30 p.m. Drinks are available from the bar. Peruse the complete offerings and reserve seats here.

Per usual, tax and gratuity are extra for both pop-ups.
