They'll start rolling out this month.

Three bicycle cafes—each with some combination of repairs and food and drink offerings—are headed to Capitol Hill and the Central District, CHS reports.

Coming in "early October" is Peloton, slated to open at 12th and Jefferson with pastries from nearby Sugar Bakery and coffee, with a full kitchen in the works for Mckenzie Hart, formerly of the London Plane, to offer healthy breakfasts and lunches. The Peloton team will also be available for repairs, new and used parts sales, and bike fitting.

On Capitol Hill, Métier Racing and Coffee, is aiming for a mid-October opening at 1017 E Union. Métier will combine a gym, service center, retail space, and cafe from the folks behind Herriott Sports Performance.

CHS also reports a third "mystery rider," an undisclosed bicycle cafe project coming to the hill's Pike/Pine corridor.
