BEER HERE — Derschang Group Beverage Director Myles Burroughs and Rhein Haus Bar Manager Ryan Minch have partnered on a brewing project called Perfect Strangers, "a collaborative brewing project was conceptualized in 2014 with the mission of bringing rare and creative beers to market" that are "individually tailored to local bars and restaurants." Their inaugural beer, an IPA finished with organic Washington-grown Granny Smith apples was brewed in a partnership with Everybody's Brewing in White Salmon.
