It's been just over a month since Maximillian Petty's Eden Hill opened with dinner service in the old Entre Amis space on Queen Anne. At the time, Petty said Sunday brunch was on the way, and it has arrived.
A few things to know: the forty-eight hour short rib tacos feature the same Wagyu short rib that has been a favorite as a dinner special; the hazelnut cinnamon buns are Petty's mom's recipe, and the rose geraniums for the syrup grow at the restaurant; a different alcoholic punch recipe will debut each week, poured from a vintage bowl (which will hopefully be on site this Sunday, but definitely next); and chocolate sauce for the chocolate milk comes from Eden Hill's Queen Anne neighbor Bellflower Chocolate.
Like any starting menu, this is subject to change, but get the idea here:
Starting October 11, brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sundays; reservations are accepted. Eden Hill remains open for dinner 5 to 10 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
