Upcoming Bremerton bakery Saboteur will hold three pop-up bake sales at RN74 this month. Eater broke the news in September about Saboteur, a project from pastry chef Matt Tinder, who brings his Michelin pedigree to the Northwest.
Tinder and his partner in life and business Kate Giuggio will be selling an assortment of freshly baked breads and pastries like croissants, brioche sucrée, and spelt Vollkornbrot, all of which are made with Washington ingredients.
Look for the bake sales to run from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on November 17, 19, and 24.
