Food truck Bread & Circuses has been a longtime staple outside the Two Beers Brewing taproom, The Woods, and the newly expanded space made room for the truck to run a kitchen on site. That is all coming to fruition this weekend, when Bread & Circuses starts cooking and serving inside the taproom for the first time.
On Saturday, the brewery will also celebrate its eighth year in business with a tap list of more than 20 beers, including its newly released 2015 Alta Series Overhang Imperial Porter. There will be an anniversary party from 1 to 7 p.m. with $4 to $6 pints and a silent auction of a slab of the live cut bar from the previous tasting room to benefit Washington's National Park Fund.
Bread & Circuses will be serving a limited menu for opening day, but look for favorites like duck fat popcorn, brussels sprout caesar, three pepper cider wings, mac and beer cheese, veggie fried ravioli, and the circus burger. The full menu is available here.
