Vivo 53
Bellevue has a new pizza restaurant: Vivo 53 opened last night in downtown. The pies are baked in a wood-fired oven and are complemented by a menu of antipasti, panini, salad, and craft cocktails.
GRACIA
Chef Chester Gerl, formerly of Matt's in the Market, is returning to Seattle after a stint in New York, reports Seattle Met. Gerl is planning to open Mexican restaurant Gracia on Ballard Avenue sometime in late December or early 2016. The menu will focus on house-ground masa, plus antojitos, tacos, tamales, traditional soups, and much more.
