Sun Liquor's Eggnog Pop-Up Is Happening Now

Capitol Hill distillery Sun Liquor is officially serving small batch eggnog right this very second. This is head distiller Erik Chapman’s 10th year making the holiday drink, but this year he's including brandy distilled from Seattle Cider Company’s dry heirloom cider along with the usual bourbon and rum.

As Chapman says, "if you’ve never had eggnog with alcohol, then you’ve never had eggnog." Sun Liquor will be peddling the eggnog along with other specialty spirits and bitters at the popup between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. until December 18th and then again on Christmas Eve from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Christmas Day from 7 p.m. to midnight.
