Maria Hines to Open a Restaurant on Microsoft's Campus
It's going to be called Boardwalk, reports The Seattle Times, and it's going to feature 85 percent organic food with a menu of "gastropub-style takes on boardwalk stuff like hot dogs, pizza and sliders." It's also going to be the only place on campus with a liquor license. It opens in the spring, and you don't have to be a Microsoft employee to go.

Hitchcock on Bainbridge Island is hosting a pop-up of Saboteur, the new Bremerton bakery in the works from Matt Tinder. Tinder will sell panettone, bread, and pastries on Saturday starting at 8 a.m. until he sells out.

The West Seattle Blog says that Julie Mierzwiak's coffee shop in West Seattle is open, with Herkimer coffee and pastries from Standard Bakery.
