The highly anticipated brewery from Steve Luke—the brewer behind Elysian Brewing beers like Space Dust IPA and Split Shot Espresso Stout—has finally announced its grand opening weekend: Thursday, January 7 to Sunday, January 10 from 2 to 10 p.m.
Luke is not one to shy away from interesting ingredients or innovative flavors, so you can expect a storm of bold brews from Cloudburst Brewing. There are 7 taps to start which includes a strong blonde ale of peppercorns and coriander, an imperial coffee porter, and a saison with cranberries and sage to name a few.
You can get a sneak peak, or rather sneak taste, of the new lineup of Cloudburst brews at the Pine Box in Capitol Hill this evening, December 22 at 6 p.m. Otherwise, check out Cloudburst's Belltown tasting room at 2116 Western Avenue, just past Pike Place Market.
