CURBED CUP — It's December once more and now it's time to determine which Seattle neighborhood stands tall above all the others as The Greatest Neighborhood Of Them All. It's the Curbed Cup 2015! To do so, we're going to need your help. Head on over to Curbed to nominate your neighborhood for consideration.
HOLIDAY ARCHITE-CHEER — One of Seattle's most beloved holiday traditions ryas returned with the Sheraton Seattle Hotel's 23rd Annual Gingerbread Village. This year they've made a very savvy decision to make the theme "May The Holidays Be With You," inspired by Star Wars. The Sheraton Seattle's staff donates more than 1,000 volunteer hours for this year's event and the gingerbread displays use roughly 500 pounds of dough, 600 pounds of sugar, 180 pounds of egg whites, 160 pounds of rice cereal treats, four gallons of molasses, and hundreds of pounds of candy to create the displays. Go marvel at them for yourself.
CELEB REAL ESTATE — The Mercer Island house former Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren called home is now back on the market asking just a hair under $4M. As you might imagine given his profession, the house comes with a lot of luxury features (96-foot waterfront, yachtsman dock, boat and jetski lifts, cabana, sauna, saltwater spa, and SONOS sound system).
