Norovirus ain't pretty, especially when it impacts 200 people in the same building. Yikes.
According to The Seattle Times, all food vendors in downtown's Russell Investments Center have been closed after 200 people reportedly contracted norovirus, a food-borne illness that leads to some pretty nasty symptoms like vomiting and diarrhea. Those numbers are expected to rise as more people report their cases.
The building, which is home to the Russell Investments firm and Zillow, was thoroughly cleaned over the weekend. This outbreak is not likely related to the one that temporarily closed Main Street Gyros last week.
