Chinese Laundry Pop-Up Returns; Ethan Stowell Partners with Lish for Food Delivery

Bacon and Beer Classic [Official Site]

BELLTOWN The Chinese Laundry is popping up for a third time, with an upcoming dinner at Bellini Italian Bistro in Belltown. The March 2 event, put on by Chris Yang and Venessa Goldberg (of the food truck How Pickle Got out of a Jam), aims to be "a playful expression of a combination of heritage flavors, reimagined takeout food, and good old Pacific Northwest ingredients." BEER WIRE The super successful Bacon and Beer Classic is returning to Seattle for a second year, May 2. The event will be held again at Safeco Field and will combine samples of local beer with a whole lot of bacon. Tickets are available online. [EaterWire]

DELIVERY WIRE Lish, a meal delivery service, is now offering Ethan Stowell-made meals. As of last week, you can order freshly-made entrees from Stowell restaurants (including Red Cow, Bar Cotto, and How to Cook a Wolf) for $10 to $15 apiece.
