La Bodega Sets Sights on Building a Pioneer Square Patio

Pioneer Square Dominican restaurant La Bodega has launched a Kickstarter to help fund the an outdoor patio. The patio, which will make use of an empty lot on Prefontaine Place, will double the seating capacity in the miniscule restaurant. Chef/owner Manu Alfau is aiming to raise $9,000 to build out the patio, and he's using his oft-praised food to do so; incentives for donations include parties with food from La Bodega.
