STATUS UPDATE -- Facebook is expanding and moving from its current office in Metropolitan Park East tower to a 274,000 square-foot office in the upcoming Dexter Station building at 1101 Dexter Ave. Sparing no expense, the office interiors will be designed by architect Frank Gehry, known locally for his love-it-or-hate-it EMP design.

HISTORIC HOMES -- If you've ever dreamed of owning one of the historic homes in Fort Lawton in Discovery Park, that's soon to be a reality. Rise Properties Trust has paid $9.5M for the 26 homes which they plan to refurbish and put on the open market. The buildings range from duplexes to mansions, including the 6K sq. ft. General's House.

PRICEUPPER -- Fans of Bill The Butcher remember the Queen Anne house that became the centerpiece of the company scandal last year when it was revealed CEO J'Amy Owens used "hundreds of thousands" of the company's money to help buy the home as the company was hemorrhaging profits. Well, it's back on the market and they've upped the price to $2.75M. Take a look around at the sheep-adorned surroundings.
