Proven Bread opened last week in Woodinville's Warehouse District, set among winery tasting rooms. The bakery also sells grab-and-go sandwiches, Herkimer coffee, and a handful of other items like cheeses, salad, and charcuterie. Proven Bread also operates a bread subscription program with weekly pick up locations for $10 per week.
The bakery is owned by Alexis Carson, who most recently worked for three years in Seattle at Le Rêve Bakery and Café and at Café Besalu under James Beard Award-nominated baker James Miller.
