Brace For Seattle's First Gluten-Free Brewery, Opening Today

Ghostfish Brewing opens at 3 p.m.

Ghostfish Brewing [Official Site]

At long last, Ghostfish Brewing is set to open its doors today at 3 p.m. in SODO. Ghostfish is the city's first and only dedicated gluten-free brewery; its beers are brewed not with barley, but with gluten-free grains like millet and buckwheat. The taproom will also serve gluten-free pizza.

Ghostfish has been busy building out its taproom and brewery and, of course, brewing beer for its grand opening. For this afternoon's opening, they'll pour their three flagship beers -- a pale, a stout, and a Belgian-style witbier -- in addition to their stout on nitro and a Randall to add a flavor infusion to one of the beers.

Regular taproom hours will be Tuesday through Saturday, 3 to 9 p.m.
