New Prix Fixe at CRUSH; Speed Rack Global Tour Returns to Seattle

MADISON VALLEY Chef Jason Wilson's CRUSH is rolling out a one-day only prix fixe dinner featuring off-menu items that are otherwise unavailable to diners. Wilson is aiming to highlight creative techniques and new ingredients at the first dinner held this Sunday. [EaterWire]

CAPITOL HILL Speed Rack, the all-female speed-bartending competition that raises money for breast cancer charities, is returning to Seattle on Sunday.
