Miir

MiiR, a local company producing socially-conscious outdoors products, has launched a pop-up coffee service in Fremont's Stone 34 building. The company is set to open its MiiR Flagship Store in the building, which it will share with Brooks' headquarters, this spring.

The flagship store will sell MiiR's water bottles, bicycles, and growlers along with specialty coffee and craft beer. With every so-called "hydration vessel" purchased, MiiR donates access to clean drinking water to one person in need for a full year. And with every bike purchased, a MiiR bike is given to a person in need. The company is looking to expand into bags and education.

Meanwhile, the pop-up serves a "paired down" espresso menu featuring a rotating cast of roasters, like local company Kuma Coffee and Heart of Portland. The pop-up runs Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon.
