BALLARD — Bloom is hosting a Lewis and Clark pop-up with Chef Paul Staley of Emerald City Cakes and Chocolates on March 30. Staley is looking to the 1800s for inspiration and has developed a menu of oysters, bison croquettes, seared venison loin, and more, using journal entries and correspondence of the Lewis and Clark expedition, along with locally sourced and sustainable products.
