Rodeo Donut Pop-Up Launches at the Ballard Cupcake Royale

With brioche dough and homemade fillings.

A handful of Cupcake Royale bakers are trying their hands at donut making with a new pop-up called Rodeo Donut. The pop-up will launch inside the Ballard Cupcake Royale on March 28 and will continue daily starting at 7 a.m., until the donuts run out. The cupcake shop will adjust its hours to accommodate the earlier opening time, and there will be Stumptown coffee available too.

Rodeo Donut will use uber-buttery brioche dough and, like Cupcake Royale, source ingredients from Pacific Northwest farms. Rodeo will offer six options every day from a long list of creations that includes raspberry limoncello and whiskey maple bacon. When they open on the 28th, Rodeo will also be giving away a free 12-ounce Stumptown drip coffee with any donut purchase.
