Today's dose of vital food news.

BALLARD Stoneburner is ending its lunch program, with the final lunch to be served March 27. Instead, they'll focus on additional catering opportunities and private event lunches in the restaurant or atop the Hotel Ballard at the event space Olympic Rooftop Pavilion. “Ending lunch service allows Chef Jason Stoneburner to focus his talents on dinner and brunch as well as freeing up resources that we can dedicate to growing our catering and private dining business,” says restaurant partner and Wine Director James Lechner.
