Vivace Building New Roasting Facility; New Happy Hour Items at Local Burger

CAPITOL HILL Espresso Vivace will be relocating its roasting facility from a warehouse on 11th Avenue to a currently unused basement space owned by the Garage. They'll move in August and start roasting there in December. [CHS]

BELLEVUE Local Burger has revamped its happy hour menu, which now includes Savory Pumpkin Seeds, Deviled Eggs, Chicken Confit Poutine, Fried Pickle Chips & Chili Aioli, Beecher’s Cheese Curds & Veggie Tempura, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts. They're also offering the Royale Burger with Cheese at a discounted price numerous times throughout the happy hour, which runs from 3 to 6 p.m. From 3 to 4 p.m. the burger is $5, from 4 to 5 p.m. it is $7, and from 5 to 6 p.m. it is $9.
