Ethan Stowell Planning New Restaurant for Four Seasons Hotel

His project will replace ART Restaurant & Lounge.

Ethan Stowell is planning to open a new restaurant this spring in the Four Seasons Hotel downtown. His new concept will replace ART Restaurant & Lounge.

"Ever since we closed Union in 2010, I’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to come back Downtown," Stowell said via press release today. "This is definitely it."

It seems many of the project's details are still in the works. We do know the kitchen will be lead by Chef Joe Ritchie, who is currently at Stowell's Mkt., and that the spot will be open for lunch and dinner with "a gorgeous selection of shellfish from the region, a top-notch burger, and a smattering of classic appetizers among modern Pacific Northwest dishes."

The space will also undergo a redesign, and the restaurant's name is forthcoming.
