THE SHUTTER — Aleks Dimitrijevich's Spaghetti Western on Capitol Hill served its last meal Sunday, posting on Facebook that "five years of exhausting work, no vacations and no free time will suffice as reason enough." The former La Bete chef reported he will still be cooking aplenty for business lunch catering and takeout, and the 1802 Bellevue Ave space is available for rentals and pop-ups. [CHS]

DOWNTOWN — The World Barista Championship will be at the Seattle Convention Center next weekend (April 9 to 12). Coffee masters from over 50 countries will battle it out with their espressos, cappuccinos, and original signature java drinks. [EaterWire]
