As if Brandon Pettit’s wood-fired pies weren’t enough reason to visit Delancey, now there’s more. Petit reports the eatery will kick off spaghetti nights—probably in the first week of April. He'll use handmade Il Corvo pasta, complimented by a small menu of his favorite "red sauce Italian" dishes from New Jersey and New York.
The rotating spaghetti night menus will be classic, simple—very Delancey—in style. Starters will include things like beef carpaccio with arugula and grana, Carbone garlic bread, a blue cheese wedge with Meyer lemon, or Caesar salad. Pasta offerings might be spaghetti and meatballs, rigatoni vodka, and a seasonal special. A pair of desserts will round things out and you can expect to see the restaurant’s cult-followed salted chocolate chip cookie and tiramisu in heavy rotation.
