Piatti Temporarily Shutters For Remodel

Starting this Friday, Piatti in University Village will shut until late August to undergo a "fresh, modern" redesign by Graham Baba Architects (see rendering above). Anticipate an added private dining room that can accommodate 50, increased patio seating, and a refreshed entryway, bartop, tables, chairs, upholstery, and more when our branch of the national Italian eatery reopens at the end of summer. Executive Chef Dylan Giordan,who joined the restaurant last November (formerly of Serafina, Cicchetti), isn’t plotting any major menu changes at this point.
