Seattle Restaurant Week kicks off on Sunday, with more than 165 restaurants participating this year. From April 12 through 16 and again from April 19 through 23, these restaurants are offering 3 dinner courses for $30, and several are also serving three-course lunches for $15. With all the screaming deals out there, Eater has cut through the noise to offer our picks for the best bets.
Exciting Newcomers
Here's a great excuse to try buzzy new (or newish) restaurants like Amaro Bistro, Pomerol, Salt & Iron, and Zhu Dang.
SPENDY SPOTS
Budget-conscious diners can experience the mad skills of chefs at spendier spots like The Georgian, MistralKitchen, Lark, El Gaucho, and Barking Frog.
BECAUSE THEY'rE JUST GREAT
Seattle's best chefs are going off script to create exciting three-course meals, which is reason enough to check out what's going on at Golden Beetle, Kisaku, Ma'ono Fried Chicken & Whisky, Miyabi 45th, Monsoon, Terra Plata, and Tilth.
