After nearly two years as the original dining room manager and lead sommelier at Ballard's Stoneburner, Dawn Smith (formerly of Cafe Juanita) completed her last day at the restaurant Tuesday, April 14. In her stead comes Jonathan Hardy, Stoneburner's former head maître d' and sommelier, who has also been with the restaurant since they opened in June 2013. For Hardy's previous role, Stoneburner hired Adam Bernstein, formerly of Russell's in Kirkland, who recently passed the Court of Master Sommelier's Certified exam and makes wine under the Eccolo Cellars label.
