Pretzel Hour at Rhein Haus; A Whole Mess of Recurring Pop-Ups Around Seattle

CAPITOL HILL Rhein Haus yesterday launched an ongoing "Pretzel Hour" available Monday through Friday from 3 to 4 p.m. Diners can order a free batch of pretzel bites with obatzda, a Bavarian cheese spread made at Rhein Haus with Beecher's cheese. PIKE PLACE MARKET — Chefs Joe Holberg and Matt Bumpas, both formerly of Poppy, are teaming up for a pop-up at the Pike Place Atrium Kitchen on May 8. Tickets are available online for Chào Ya’ll, an eight-dish tasting menu combining flavors from the American South and Vietnam. Seatings start at 6:15 and 9 p.m.
