Redhook is returning to its Seattle roots with a new brewpub planned for 2017. Redhook was founded in Seattle in 1981 and previously had brewpubs in Fremont and Ballard, the two neighborhoods it's currently scouting for its Seattle reappearance.
Redhook currently operates two breweries and pubs, in Woodinville and Portsmouth, NH. Redhook is part of the Craft Brew Alliance (a result of a merger with Widmer Brothers, Kona Brewing, and Omission Beer) and is partially owned by Anheuser-Busch InBev.
