Ogle the Sorrento Hotel's Newly Remade Dunbar Room

It's that sexy.

As Eater reported last week, The Sorrento Hotel recently underwent a facelift, as did its restaurant, formerly known as the Hunt Club. Now called the Dunbar Room, the restaurant is decked out in handmade Moroccan tiles, white marble table tops, and lots of dark wood to give it a storied feel. Chef Seth Caswell (Stumbling Goat, Lummi Island's Beach Store Café, and emmer & rye) was brought in to create an equally sexy menu. There's a new bar program, too, with updated takes on classic drinks.
