Boom Noodle Re-Opens Tomorrow on Capitol Hill

The 12th and Pike space that was once Boom Noodle (and then, briefly, Kaisho), will once again be Boom Noodle, starting tomorrow at dinner. They'll start serving lunch on Wednesday. Kaisho shut its doors earlier this month for the reboot of Boom Noodle. The Madison Holdings group, which owns the Blue C Sushi, Boom Noodle, and Kaisho brands, is behind the switcheroo.

The Japanese-inspired menu will look familiar to Boom Noodle fans: hits like the edamame puree with vegetable root chips, chicken katsu curry, and yaki udon are present.
