Anniversary Discounts at Hokkaido Ramen Santouka; Tequila Taste Testing at Liberty

BELLEVUE — Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is marking its one-year anniversary with a 10 percent discount during June. They'll also be rolling out new vegetarian and to-go menu items. Among the new additions will be a vegetarian ramen made with soy and miso, topped with fresh scallion, bamboo shoots, mushroom and plum. [EaterWire]

CAPITOL HILL Liberty is hosting tequila tasting panels every day, now through the end of the month, from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Customers can pick four samples from among 16 blancos, 12 reposados, and 8 anejos. Winners will be tallied at the end of the month. Up for tastings next month, gin. [EaterWire]
