Heads up, Columbia City: Salted Sea is officially opening its doors June 3, and you can make reservations now via its online system. The business will roll out happy hour and dinner first, followed by lunch and brunch later.
A "modern American seafood restaurant and raw bar," the restaurant reports that it will feature "local seafood in a variety of preparations with an emphasis on simplicity and clean flavors" with influences from French and Vietnamese cuisines.
