Chef Edouardo Jordan's much-anticipated Ravenna restaurant, Salare, is opening in early June. Before the official opening, though, you can satisfy your curiosity through a pop-up preview dinner hosted by the One Night Only Project on June 4.
The $100 ticket price includes dinner and wine pairings. Expect a menu of spot prawns, salmon rillette, halibut, oxtails, local cheese, and strawberry ice with sponge cake for dessert. You'll get to eat in Jordan's still-under-construction space, so that's pretty cool too.
