Brian Clevenger's much-anticipated Vendemmia opened its doors yesterday in Madrona. Clevenger, formerly of Staple and Fancy, Tavolàta, Serafina, and Cicchetti, is serving a menu based around seasonal vegetables, handmade pasta, and meat-centric entrees. It's on display here, now, for you to gawk at.
