Pecado Bueno is planning a third location in Eastlake. The restaurant's two current locations (upper Fremont and West Seattle) are owned by James Schmidt, who co-founded Taco Del Mar with his brother but is no longer affiliated with the chain. Pecado Bueno's new outpost will take the place of the former Quick Stop Grocery & Deli at 2352 Eastlake Ave E; the deli has been closed since April 2011.

Capitol Hill's Broadway Alley has a new tenant: Vaca Loca is serving Latin-style sandwiches for $8.50 a pop, reports Capitol Hill Seattle. There's also several sweet corn dishes and three versions of "Latin Hot Dogs."
