PIONEER SQUARE — The Kitchen by Delicatus has announced two new pop-ups. On May 16 they'll host the annual Slovenian Dinner to honor co-owner Derek Shankland's wife's heritage. Highlights include a spring lamb loin and beignet-like "angel wings." On May 30th, Chef Aaron Willis takes over the kitchen alongside popular LA popup Barolo Joe.
