BALLARD — The Back Bar at Bastille re-opens today. From 4:30 to 6 p.m. today and tomorrow, the bar will have a special happy hour with a $5 Old Fashioned, $5 glasses of wine, and $2 Pomme Frites with housemade aioli. ISSAQUAH Sip restaurant in Issaquah has hired Emran Chowdhury as their new executive chef. Chowdhury comes to Sip from Cantinetta, where he served as chef, reports the Bellevue Business Journal. [BBJ]
