It's time, Rachel's lovers: Seatte's ginger beer maven is finally spreading her presence from Pike Place to the Hill. The newest Rachel's Ginger Beer debuts today at noon in Capitol Hill's 12th Avenue Arts Building, and what better way to hail Friday than with a blood orange float.

In addition to all the tried 'n true RGB beverages from the Market, Rachel Marshall's new outpost comes with, as promised, fries galore and a choice of over 20 dipping sauces, including Marshall's personal favorite combo: cheddar fries with ranch. According to Seattle MetMonica Dimas (Neon Taco pop-up at Nacho Borracho) is behind the fry menu, as well as "a few non-starchy options like fried green tomatoes and a plate of tempura veggies."

Along with a growler fill station and a large mural by artist Stacey Rozich, expect large booths inside—including one that seats 15—and a white-lit patio out front at the all-ages spot, according to Met. The newest Rachel's is now open 12 to 12 daily.
