Holy expansion, Piroshky Piroshky. Last month, Eater reported that the beloved Pike Place market stall was spreading out downtown, and now comes word that owner Oliver Kotelnikov is setting up a fourth location in Westfield Southcenter Mall next week. (The other is in Northgate.) And the best part: per the chain's tradition, the newest Piroshky Piroshky will debut with free European sweet and savory hand pies on opening day. On Wednesday, July 1, each visitor will get a piroshky of their choice gratis between noon and 1 p.m. gratis, while supplies last.

The Southcenter location (on the first floor near Seafood City and JC Penney) will maintain the same trusted menu as the others and be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
