Seattle is Third Best City for Foodies; Phinney Neighborhood Association Summer Beer Taste

The site's data team looked at criteria like number of restaurants per 100,000 residents, ratio of full-service to fast-food restaurants, and number of breweries per 100,000 restaurants.
