Central District's Broadcast Coffee Looks to Expand

The Central District's Broadcast Coffee (at 20th and Yesler) is looking to expand into a full cafe, with a big remodel and new space to prepare more food beyond just a small case of pastries.

To do so, they're aiming to raise a minimum of $19,000 through Community Sourced Capital. Here's what they have to say about the campaign and what the money will be used for:

Let's face it. The Central District has a shortage of places to grab a quick bite to eat, especially in the mornings. For the past 7 years we have brought you great coffee and pastries, but now it is time to grow our menu and bring more fresh food options to the neighborhood

This loan will launch Broadcast into a full spectrum cafe, meeting a need for fresh food options in the neighborhood.

The funds we raise in this campaign will go towards a café update: a refresh of the space, designing a more efficient kitchen space for expanded menu and faster service. This campaign enables us to evolve into a café that provides a better customer experience, bringing fresh food to the corner of 20th and Yesler, and a better hang out spot.
