CAPITOL HILL—Every year, Bluebird Ice Cream partners with some headliners at the Capitol Hill Block Party to make special collaborative flavors. This year, those flavors are: I Love You, Honeybear (honey-kissed vanilla bean ice cream with Teddy Grahams) designed with Father John Misty and named after his latest album; Strawberries & Cream on Chrome designed with Ratatat and named after their latest single "Cream on Chrome;" and the vegan P.B. on the Radio: Return to Cookie Mountain (non-dairy banana ice cream with pieces of vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookies) inspired by TV on the Radio's seminal album "Return to Cookie Mountain." They are available at a booth inside the festival this weekend, and will also be in Bluebird's three stores for a limited time. [EaterWire]
DOWNTOWN—ICY(almost)MI: Anthony Bourdain is in Seattle just one night with his Close to the Bone tour, and it's this Monday, July 27, at 7:30 p.m. at the Paramount. There are still some tickets available here. [EaterWire]
BEACON HILL—Juan Montiel's (El Quetzal) Montis Grill is now open in Beacon Hill, The Stranger reports. It serves "decidedly American comfort food like hamburgers, sandwiches, pastas, salads, and (on the weekend) brunch." Get there Tuesday for an all-day happy hour in the bar.
WEST SEATTLE—Pellegrini Italian Market is now open in the Junction, says West Seattle Blog. The new restaurant is the latest by the Pellegrini family, who own Beach Drive's La Rustica.
