Gear up, Bothell: meat master John Howie's new Beardslee Public House debuts at The Village at Beardslee Crossing at 11 a.m. today. The details for the new 10,000-square-foot restaurant at 19116 Beardslee Boulevard are the same as Eater reported last week, but thought you might want to check out the space and the food and drink menus before heading over. Hours, again, are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until midnight. To keep it simple, the menu won't change during the day and food service will stop one hour before closing.
