Bill's Off Broadway Reopens on Capitol Hill

The beloved Bill's Off Broadway on Capitol Hill is finally open again after an almost two-year hiatus, reports Capitol Hill Seattle.

The 35-year-old restaurant opened Monday after closing back in December 2013 while the building it occupied was turned into a 200-unit apartment and mixed-use building. According to CHS, the revamped Bill's has a mix of old and new, with wood paneling and fixtures from the original along with more beer taps, more seating, and a bigger kitchen.
