Sip Northwest's Five-Year Anniversary Bash; Happy Hour at Tray Kitchen

DOWNTOWN — Sip Northwest magazine is celebrating its fifth year with its Sips of the Summer Bash to benefit the Washington State Council of Fire Fighters' Benevolent Fund, a program providing aid to firefighters, their families, and others deemed in need. The August 27 party will take place at the rooftop of Premiere on Pine downtown from 6 to 9 p.m. Expect Pacific Northwest wine, beer, cider and spirits, along with mocktails, cold brew and more, will flow from nearly 40 drink vendors and be paired with several top Seattle restaurants. SODO Sound Excursions has launched an event production arm, which debuts on August 22 with its Bacon Eggs + Kegs event at CenturyLink Field. It will be the stadium's largest food-centric event to date, with more than 80 beers and ciders, a 30-foot bloody mary bar, and bacon-centric brunch dishes.
