PDX AIRPORT -- Last week, Pok Pok Wing took off from the Portland International Airport's PDX food cart pod, located in the Oregon Marketplace in the main terminal. That means anyone arriving or flying away—or anyone who has a hankering for Ike's Vietnamese Fish Sauce Wings while waiting to pick up a delayed family member—will now have to head into the city to one of the four Pok Pok or sister locations.

MEDFORD -- In-N-Out Burger opened its first Oregon location today. Unfortunately for Portlanders, it's all the way down in Medford. But judging from the lines, maybe some Portlanders made the trip? According to The Oregonian, the line started at 4 p.m... yesterday.

PORTLAND -- Call it a salad bar on steroids: Garden Bar Salad Co. brought the build-your-own-salad trend to Portland in February 2014. Locally owned by Ana Chaud and Christopher Handford, who also owns Davis Street Tavern, Garden Bar announced today in a news release that it has secured leases for two new locations, one at 100 SW Market on Park Square in Downtown and the other inside of the Hassalo on Eighth building at 1061 NE 9th Ave.
